Rachael rolled her eyes. "I guess. I'm just glad I'll have the whole day free. I thought I was gonna hang out with you, but it looks like it'll just be me and Sammy."

"I'm sure you two will be fine for a few hours. That's why I let you buy the Switches." Rachael laughed. "Okay, babe, I'm gonna go check that Max's packed but I'll see you in a few hours."

"Okay bye love you," Rachael said.

"Love you, too," Gretchen replied, ending the call, and she sat back in her half-empty apartment to eat Cheerios alone.
